CD71 (clone FG2/12) FITC, anti-human RUO

Introduction:
Human Transferrin Receptor which is expressed on proliferating lymphoblasts, majority human tumour cell lines, normal peripheral blood monocytes. The CD71 antibody in routine is used along with the glycophorin A to develop a flow-cytometric approach to the evaluation of erythroid and myeloid dysplasia in patients with Myelodysplatic Syndromes (MDS)
