Immunogen: Normal human lymphocytes from lymp node. Antigen distribution: 3F3 is found on all human B cells and on other cell types. Lymphocytes and 60% of thymocytes. This antigen is also found on 9% of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Specificity: Reacts with surface B cell antigen CD72 (MW 43 kDa)

Form: Purified Ig, in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide

Applications: Suitable to enumerate human B cells and classify cases of lymphoma.
