Background:
CEP72 is a member of the leucine-rich-repeat (LRR) superfamily of proteins. The protein is localized to the centrosome, a non-membraneous organelle that functions as the major microtubule-organizing center in animal cells.
Other Names:
Centrosomal protein of 72 kDa, Cep72, CEP72, KIAA1519
Target/Specificity:
This CEP72 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 231-259 amino acids from the Central region of human CEP72.
Antigen Region:
231-259
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: CEP72
Gene ID: 55722
Primary Accession: Q9P209
NCBI Accession: NP_060610.2
Other Accession: NP_060610.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
