Background:
Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) is a membrane protein and chloride channel in vertebrates that is encoded by the CFTR gene.
Research Area: Cell biology, Metabolism, Epigenetics and nuclear signaling
Synonyms: CFTR , ABC 35, ABCC7, MRP7, TNR CFTR, Phospho-Ser737, Cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator, CFTR, ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 7, Channel conductance-controlling ATPase, EC 3.6.3.49, cAMP-dependent chloride channel
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human AMPK alpha around the phosphorylation site of Thr172. AA range:140-189
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Formulation: Liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Storage:
-20°C for 1 year
