Description
Hephaestin (HP) is a homologue of ceruloplasmin, which catalyzes the oxidation of ferrous ion (Fe2+) to trivalent iron ion (Fe3+), so that trivalent iron binds to transferrin and participates in cell iron release. To the lignin degrading enzyme system and can effectively degrade lignin, as well as difficult to degrade chlorides, azides, DTT, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, etc. in wastewater and soil.
