Chicken CD8a molecule (CD8a) detection kit

Use: Used to detect the concentration of chicken CD8a molecule (CD8a) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In a microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-chicken CD8a molecule (CD8a) antibody (solid phase antibody), chicken CD8a molecule (CD8a) calibrator and the sample to be tested are added, and then biotin-labeled antibody is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, HRP-coupled avidin is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, unbound components are removed, and a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme is formed on the solid surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which is finally converted into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on an ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of chicken CD8a molecule (CD8a) in the sample to be tested. Fitting the calibrator curve can calculate the concentration of chicken CD8a molecule (CD8a) in the sample.
