Chicken Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1β (MIP1b) Detection Kit

Use: Used to detect the concentration of chicken macrophage inflammatory protein 1β (MIP1b) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In a microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-chicken macrophage inflammatory protein 1β (MIP1b) antibody (solid phase antibody), chicken macrophage inflammatory protein 1β (MIP1b) calibrator and the sample to be tested are added, and then biotin-labeled antibody is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, HRP-coupled avidin is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, unbound components are removed, and a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme is formed on the solid surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which is finally converted into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on an ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of chicken macrophage inflammatory protein 1β (MIP1b) in the sample to be tested. The concentration of chicken macrophage inflammatory protein 1β (MIP1b) in the sample can be calculated by fitting the calibrator curve.
