Background:
Claudin 4 is a kind of tight junction protein family, which is mainly distributed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of normal tissue relying on the intestinal cavity surface epithelial cells. It is more expressed in the cell membrane of adenoma, and mainly in the cell membrane of colorectal cancer; the highest expression is in adenoma.
