Claudin 7 Monoclonal Antibody

Background:
Claudin 7 is one of the family members of claudin, which is involved in maintaining the polarity of cells and regulating the permeability between cells. The expression of claudin 7 in esophageal cancer and colon cancer is decreased or missing, while in gastric adenocarcinoma and ovarian cancer, the expression of claudin 7 is higher than that in surrounding normal tissues. The expression of claudin 7 is related to the development of tumor.
