Background:
CKLF like MARVEL transmembrane domain containing 5(CMTM5) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the chemokine-like factor superfamily. This family of genes encodes multi-pass membrane proteins that are similar to both the chemokine and the transmembrane 4 superfamilies of signaling molecules. The encoded protein may exhibit tumor suppressor activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jan 2014],
Alternative Names:
CMTM5, CKLFSF5, CKLF-like MARVEL transmembrane domain-containing protein 5, Chemokine-like factor superfamily member 5
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human CMTM5. AA range:1-50
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 25
GeneID: CMTM5
Storage: -20°C/1 year
