Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for COL18A1 detection. Tested with WB, ELISA(Cap) in Human;Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
COLA18A probably plays a major role in determining the retinal structure as well as in the closure of the neural tube.
Subcellular Localization: Secreted, extracellular space, extracellular matrix.
Tissue Specificity: Present in multiple organs with highest levels in liver, lung and kidney.
Immunogen: E. coli-derived human COL18A1 recombinant protein (Position: H1572-K1754).
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Storage: At -20˚C; for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C; for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
