Description:
This antibody is an isotype control for rabbit IgG immunoglobulins. The antibody can be used as a negative control in immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. The rabbit IgG is highly purified from the serum of non-immunized animals. No contamination is observed at a minimun protein concentration of 20 mg/ml when tested by immunoelectrophoresis against anti-whole serums, anti-immunoglobulins (class-specific), or anti-fragment-specific antisera.

Antigen: This product is purified from non-immunized animals.
Format: Each vial contains 1 mg lyophilized IgG in PBS pH7.6, 15 mg/ml BSA with 0.05% sodium azide. Antibody was purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. Reconstitute in 0.6 ml distilled water for storage at -70°C in aliquots. Add 50% glycerol for storage at -20°C in bulk.

Store at 4°C until reconstitution. Product is guaranteed 6 months from the date of shipment.
