AC-BP2793a
Background:
Dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 1(CRMP1) is a member of a family of cytosolic phosphoproteins expressed exclusively in the nervous system. The encoded protein is thought to be a part of the semaphorin signal transduction pathway implicated in semaphorin-induced growth cone collapse during neural development.
Other Names:
Dihydropyrimidinase-related protein 1, DRP-1, Collapsin response mediator protein 1, CRMP-1, Unc-33-like phosphoprotein 3, ULIP-3, CRMP1, DPYSL1, ULIP3
Target/Specificity:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP2793a was selected from the N-term region of human CRMP1. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Gene Name: CRMP1
Gene ID: 1400
Primary Accession: Q14194
Other Accession: NP_001014809
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
