AC-BP9075c
Background:
CSF3R is the receptor for colony stimulating factor 3, a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. The encoded protein, which is a member of the family of cytokine receptors, may also function in some cell surface adhesion or recognition processes. Four transcript variants encoding four different isoforms have been found for this gene, with three of the isoforms being membrane-bound and the other being secreted and soluble.
Other Names:
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor, G-CSF receptor, G-CSF-R, CD114, CSF3R, GCSFR
Target/Specificity:
The synthetic peptide sequence used to generate the antibody AP9075c was selected from the Center region of human CSF3R. A 10 to 100 fold molar excess to antibody is recommended. Precise conditions should be optimized for a particular assay.
Gene Name: CSF3R
Gene ID: 1441
Primary Accession: Q99062
Format: Peptides are lyophilized in a solid powder format. Peptides can be reconstituted in solution using the appropriate buffer as needed.
