Background:
Cytokeratin 18 (CK18), with a molecular weight of 45 kDa, it is a low molecular weight A-type cytokeratin. It is mainly expressed in various single epithelium including glandular epithelium, while stratified squamous epithelium is often negative. Cytokeratin 18 Monoclonal Antibody is mainly used for the judging of adenocarcinoma.
