Background:
This gene encodes a member of the diaphanous subfamily of the formin family. Members of this family are involved in actin remodeling and regulate cell movement and adhesion. Mutations in this gene are associated with autosomal dominant auditory neuropathy 1. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Alternative Name:
AN, DIA2, DRF3, AUNA1, NSDAN, diap3, mDia2,
Application Dilution: WB : 1:500 - 1:2000
Specificity: DIAPH3 polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of DIAPH3 protein.
Immunogen:
Recombinant protein of human DIAPH3
MW: Predicted band size: 131 kDa, Observed band size: Refer to Figures
Swis Prot.: Q9NSV4
Purification & Purity:
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Format:
1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3.
Storage:
Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
