Background:
DOK proteins are enzymatically inert adaptor or scaffolding proteins. They provide a docking platform for the assembly of multimolecular signaling complexes. DOK3 is a negative regulator of JNK signaling in B-cells through interaction with INPP5D/SHIP1. May modulate Abl function (By similarity).
Other Names:
Docking protein 3, Downstream of tyrosine kinase 3, DOK3
Target/Specificity:
This DOK3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 293-321 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DOK3.
Antigen Region:
293-321
Antigen Type: Synthetic Peptide
Gene Name: DOK3
Gene ID: 79930
Primary Accession: Q7L591
NCBI Accession: NP_001138347.1;NP_001138348.1;NP_079148.2
Other Accession: NP_079148.2
Format: Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
