Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for DPYD detection. Tested with WB, Direct ELISA in Human;Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
Involved in pyrimidine base degradation. Catalyzes the reduction of uracil and thymine. Also involved the degradation of the chemotherapeutic drug 5-fluorouracil.
Subcellular Localization: Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity: Found in most tissues with greatest activity found in liver and peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
Immunogen: E. coli-derived human DPYD recombinant protein (Position: A356-Y511).
Format: Lyophilized
Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
Contents: Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4, 0.05mg NaN3.
Storage: At -20˚C; for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C; for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C; for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
