Description:
The DYKDDDDK peptide (Flag) is used as a fusion tag for immunoaffinity chromatography. The monoclonal antibody M1 binds the peptide in presence of bivalent metal cations such as Ca2+. Flag is a registered trademark of Sigma-Aldrich.
