Description: Anti-EEF2 Monoclonal Antibody . Tested in WB, IHC, ICC/IF, IP, Flow Cytometry applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat.
Other Names: Elongation factor 2, EF-2, 3.6.5.-, EEF2, EF2
Clone Name(s):
Clone: ADBH-5
Gene ID: 1938
Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human EEF2 Catalyzes the GTP-dependent ribosomal translocation step during translation elongation. During this step, the ribosome changes from the pre-translocational (PRE) to the post-translocational (POST) state as the newly formed A-site-bound peptidyl-tRNA and P-site-bound deacylated tRNA move to the P and E sites, respectively.
Calculated MW: 95338
Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Format: Liquid
Contents: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, 0.4-0.5mg/ml BSA.
Concentration (mg/ml): Actual concentration vary by lot. Use suggested dilution ratio to decide dilution procedure.
Storage: Store at -20°C for one year. For short term storage and frequent use, store at 4°C for up to one month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
