Background:
EPH receptor A10(EPHA10) Homo sapiens Ephrin receptors, the largest subfamily of receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), and their ephrin ligands are important mediators of cell-cell communication regulating cell attachment, shape, and mobility in neuronal and epithelial cells (Aasheim et al., 2005 [PubMed 15777695]). See MIM 179610 for additional background on Eph receptors and ephrins.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008],
Alternative Names:
EPHA10, Ephrin type-A receptor 10
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human EPHA10. AA range:431-480
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 110
GeneID: EPHA10
Storage: -20°C/1 year
