Reactivity: E. coli
Specificity: This antibody recognizes heat extracts from all strains of E. coli containing the 0157 epitope including E. coli 0157:H7 in ELISA. This antibody will also recognize Salmonella hilversum and Salmonella urbana known to be antigenically related. This antibody does not react with other strains of Salmonella or other bacterial strains including non-0157 E. coli and E. hermanii.
Form: Purified, in PBS. pH 7.2 containing 0.1% Sodium Azide

Working Dilution: Optimal dilution should be determined by user
Concentration: 0.5mg/ml
