Size: 100 µl, 0.5 ml, 1 ml
Isotype: Mouse IgG1, kappa
Decription:
This monoclonal antibody is specific to ER alpha and shows minimal cross-reaction with other members of the family. ER is an important regulator of growth and differentiation in the mammary gland. Presence of ER in breast tumors indicates an increased likelihood of response to anti-estrogen (e.g. tamoxifen) therapy.
Synonyms: Estrogen Receptor alpha delta 4*5,6,7*/654 isoform, Estrogen Receptor alpha delta 4 +49 isoform, Nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group A member 1
Clone: ER503
Isotype: Mouse IgG1, kappa
Immunogen: Recombinant human Estrogen Receptor alpha protein (aa2-185)
Reactivity: human. Others not known.
Form: Purified, in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.
Applications: Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells in 0.1ml)
Immunofluorescence (1-2ug/ml)
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
Reactivity: MCF-7 Cells or Breast Cancers.
Concentration: 0.2mg/ml
Storage: Can be stored at +4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
