Estrone-3-glucuronide conjugated to KLH via the glucuronide carboxyl group.

Form: Phosphate/Citrate buffer (0.2M, pH 7.4) containing gelatin (1g/l) and sodium azide (0.1%).

Specificity:
Estrone-3-glucuronide 100%, Estrone-3-sulphate 10.2%, Estrone 59.2%, Estradiol 0.2%, Estriol <0.001%. Less than 0.001% cross reactivity was shown by androstenedione, cholesterol, cortisol, dehydroepiandrosterone and its sulphate, progesterone, and testosterone.

Applications: 125I-Radioimmunoassay.
