Description: Rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody for Fatty acid-binding protein, adipocyte(Fabp4) detection. Tested with WB, ELISA in Mouse;Rat.
Protein Function:
Lipid transport protein in adipocytes. Binds both long chain fatty acids and retinoic acid. Delivers long-chain fatty acids and retinoic acid to their cognate receptors in the nucleus (By similarity). .

Immunogen: E. coli-derived rat FABP4 recombinant protein (Position: C2-A132). Rat FABP4 shares 88.5% and 93.9% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with human and mouse FABP4, respectively.

Reconstitution: Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500ug/ml.
