FcR blocking Reagent RUO

Introduction:
FcR Blocking Reagent for human has high affinity receptor for IgG (Fc RI, CD64) but it is not an anti-CD64, which allows its use with pure antibodies.

Introduction:
This product has been designed to block receptors constant fraction of monocytes and macrophages to avoid nonspecific binding of antibodies and fluorochromes.

Application: Flow Cytometry

Storage Temperature: Store in the dark at 2-8 °C

Shelf life: Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed (at least, one year)
