FCRL2 Antibody (C-term) Blocking Peptide

Background:
This gene encodes a member of the immunoglobulin receptorsuperfamily and is one of several Fc receptor-like glycoproteinsclustered on the long arm of chromosome 1. The encoded protein hasfour extracellular C2-type immunoglobulin domains, a transmembranedomain and a cytoplasmic domain that contains oneimmunoreceptor-tyrosine activation motif and twoimmunoreceptor-tyrosine inhibitory motifs. This protein may be aprognostic marker for chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Alternativelyspliced transcript variants have been described, but theirbiological validity has not been determined.
