Specificity: It reacts with both alpha (denatured) and beta isoforms. Epitope is within the sequence between his241 and val267 between the Ig loops II and III. Epitope is masked in undenatured FGFR1 alpha.

Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry suitable for paraffin embedded human salivary gland tumors
