Specificity: It reacts with both alpha and beta isoforms. Epitope is within the NH2-terminus of Ig loop II sequence lys145 and glu159 between the acidic box and heparin-binding sequence of FGFR1.
Form: Purified (Protein G), in PBS, pH 7.5, no preservative
Applications: Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry (paraformaldehyde fixed cells), Immunoblotting
