Isotype: Mouse IgG1
Background:
Fibronectin, a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in a dimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in extracellular matrix. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes including embryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis. Cellular fibronectin is a 550KDa glycoprotein existing as two heterodimers, different from plasma fibronectin in the presence of additional polypeptide segments and in altering morphology of transformed cells and hemaglutination.
Decription:
Mouse IgG monoclonal antibody for Fibronectin, fibronectin 1 (FN1 ) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC in Human, mouse, chicken. No cross reactivity with other proteins.
Synonyms: FN, CIG, FNZ, MSF, ED-B, FINC, GFND, LETS, GFND2
Clone: FN-15
Isotype: Mouse IgG1
Immunogen: Fibronectin from human plasma.
Reactivity: human, chicken, mouse
Form: Lyophilized; Mouse ascites fluid, 1.2% sodium acetate, 2mg BSA, with 0.01mg NaN3 as preservative.
Applications: WB, IHC-P, IHC-F, ICC
Reconstitution: Add 1ml of PBS buffer will yield a concentration of 100ug/ml.
Storage: At -20˚C for one year. After reconstitution, at 4˚C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20˚C for a longer time. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
