Produced from sera of rabbits pre-immunized with highly pure (>98%) recombinant mG-CSF. Anti-Murine G-CSF specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing immobilized mG-CSF matrix.

Applications: Western Blot, Sandwich ELISA, Neutralization

Reconstitution:
Centrifuge vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml.

Storage: Can be stored at +4C short term (1-2 weeks). For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C or -70C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
