Size: 100 µl, 0.5 ml, 1 ml
Isotype: Rat IgG2a, kappa
Decription:
Granulocyte/macrophage - Colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) is a hematopoietic factor that is produced by activated T-cells, B-cells, mast cells, macrophages, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. In addition to supporting colony formation of granulocyte/macrophage progenitors, GM-CSF is a growth factor for erythroid, megakaryocyte, and eosinophil progenitors.
Synonyms: Burst Promoting Activity, Colony stimulating factor 2 (granulocyte-macrophage), Eosinophil Colony Stimulating Factor, Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor, Molgramostin, Pluripoietin Alpha, Sargramostim
Clone: BVD2-21C11
Isotype: Rat IgG2a, kappa
Immunogen: Recombinant human GM-CSF protein
Reactivity: human, cynomolgus and rhesus monkey. Others not known.
Form: Purified, in 10mM PBS with 0.05% BSA & 0.05% azide. Also available WITHOUT BSA & azide at 1.0mg/ml.
Applications: Neutralization Studies (Order Ab without Azide)
Flow Cytometry (0.5-1ug/million cells in 0.1ml)
Immunofluorescence (0.5-1ug/ml)
Western Blotting (0.5-1ug/ml)
Immunoprecipitation (0.5-1 g/500ug protein Lysate)
Immunohistology (Frozen) (0.5-1ug/ml for 30 minutes at RT)
Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.
Reactivity: Lymph node and tonsil
Concentration: 0.2mg/ml
Storage: Can be stored at +4C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
