Specificity: It can specially recognize the heavy chains on human IgA and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.

Western Blot (1:1,000-5,000) Immunohistochemistry, IHC (1:1,000-5,000) Immunoprecipitation, IP (1:1,000-5,000) Immunofluorescence, IF (1:1,000-5,000) ELISA (1:1,000-5,000)
Specificity: This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Storage Buffer: 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM sodium chloride, pH7.2
Dilution: It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).
Storage Instruction:
Store at-20℃ for long term. And the slight precipitation may occur if store at 2-8℃. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
