Specificity: It can specifically recognize the heavy chains on human IgG and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.

Dilution: It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).

Store at 4℃ for frequent use, at-20℃ for long term. And store the diluted solution at 4℃. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
