Use: Used to detect the concentration of goat heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In the microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-goat heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) antibody (solid phase antibody), add goat heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) calibrator and the sample to be tested, then add biotin-labeled antibody, after incubation and sufficient washing, add HRP-coupled avidin, after incubation and sufficient washing, remove the unbound components, and form a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme on the solid phase surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which eventually turns into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on the microplate reader. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of goat heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the sample to be tested. Fitting the calibrator curve can calculate the concentration of goat heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in the sample.
