Specifications:
AE-6 recognizes an antigen found in the golgi complex of human cells.

Species reactivity:
Positive: human. Negative: mouse, rat.

Applications:
Demonstrate golgi complex in human cells by IHC, FC or IF. AE-6 is an excellent marker for human cells in xenographic model research.
