Other Names: Golgin subfamily A member 1, Golgin-97, GOLGA1
Clone Name(s):
Clone: ACAD-7
Gene ID: 2800
Immunogen: A synthesized peptide derived from human Golgin 97 The Golgi-associated protein golgin A1 (GOLGA1, golgin-97) was first isolated as a Golgi complex autoantigen associated with the autoimmune disorder Sjogren's syndrome. The golgin-97 protein contains a carboxy-terminal GRIP domain and is a commonly used trans-Golgi network (TGN) marker.
Calculated MW: 88184
Purification: Affinity-chromatography
Format: Liquid
Contents: Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, 0.4-0.5mg/ml BSA.
Concentration (mg/ml): Actual concentration vary by lot. Use suggested dilution ratio to decide dilution procedure.
Storage: Store at -20°C for one year. For short term storage and frequent use, store at 4°C for up to one month. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
