Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) test kit

Use: Used to detect the concentration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: The kit uses enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Biotin-labeled gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and purified anti-gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antibodies are used to coat microplates. In the competitive inhibition reaction, a certain amount of solid-phase antibodies and biotin-labeled gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) and non-labeled antigens (calibrators or specimens) inhibit the competitive reaction. The binding amount of the antibody and biotin-labeled gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is inhibited by the amount of non-labeled antigen. The more non-labeled antigen, the less binding of the antibody and biotin-labeled gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH), and vice versa. After the reaction is balanced, a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is formed, and then enzyme-labeled avidin is added to form a solid-phase antibody-biotinylated gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH)-enzyme label-avidin complex. After adding substrate for color development, the absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm using an enzyme reader. As the concentration of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) increases, the OD value gradually decreases and shows a good linear relationship. This kit has the characteristics of high sensitivity, strong specificity, good repeatability, simple operation and rapidity, and has reliable detection performance for the decrease or increase of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in the sample.
