GPA33, a single-pass type I membrane protein, plays a role in cell-cell recognition and signaling. GPA33 is expressed in normal gastrointestinal epithelium and in 95% of colon cancers. GPA33 contains approximately 8 kDa of N-linked carbohydrate.

Antigen: KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide encompassing a sequence within the center region (extracellular) of mouse GPA33.
