Background:
adhesion G protein-coupled receptor G1(ADGRG1) Homo sapiens This gene encodes a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family and regulates brain cortical patterning. The encoded protein binds specifically to transglutaminase 2, a component of tissue and tumor stroma implicated as an inhibitor of tumor progression. Mutations in this gene are associated with a brain malformation known as bilateral frontoparietal polymicrogyria. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Feb 2014],
Alternative Names:
GPR56, TM7LN4, TM7XN1, G-protein coupled receptor 56, Protein TM7XN1
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human GPR56. AA range:251-300
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 78
GeneID: GPR56
Storage: -20°C/1 year
