Immunogen: Rat & rabbit growth hormone receptor

Reactivity: human, rabbit, rat

Form: Purified in PBS containing 200 mM mannitol and 0.1% sodium azide

Applications: Immunohistochemistry including frozen & paraffin sections (formalin fixed); precipitation, can be used as GH antagonist. Not recommended to be used in Immunoblotting, except with concentrated and purified GHR.

Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml

Storage: 2-8C for immediate use, or at -20C (aliquot) AVOID repeated freezing and thawing.
