Background:
The protein encoded by this gene is a cellular protein that binds RNAs containing the G-rich element. The protein is localized in the cytoplasm, and has been shown to stimulate translation of viral mRNAs in vitro. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Research Area: Cancer, Epigenetics and Nuclear Signaling
Synonyms:
G rich RNA sequence binding factor 1, G rich sequence binding factor 1, G-rich sequence factor 1, GRSF-1, GRSF1, GRSF1
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide of human GRSF1
Swissprot: Q12849
Gene Accession: NP002083
Purification Method: Antigen affinity purification
Buffer: PBS with 0.05% NaN3 and 40% Glycerol, pH7.4
Concentration: 0.78 mg/mL
Dilution: IHC 1:40-1:200, ELISA 1:5000-1:10000
Storage:
Store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles.
