Use: Used to detect the concentration of guinea pig immunoglobulin G (IgG) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In a microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-guinea pig immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody (solid phase antibody), guinea pig immunoglobulin G (IgG) calibrator and the sample to be tested are added, and then biotin-labeled antibody is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, HRP-coupled avidin is added. After incubation and sufficient washing, unbound components are removed, and a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme is formed on the solid phase surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which is eventually converted to yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on an ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of guinea pig immunoglobulin G (IgG) in the sample to be tested. The concentration of guinea pig immunoglobulin G (IgG) in the sample can be calculated by fitting the calibrator curve.
