Guinea Pig Regulated Activated Normal T-cell Expressed and Secreted Factor (RANTES) Detection Kit

Use: Used to detect the concentration of guinea pig regulated activated normal T-cell expressed and secreted factor (RANTES) in samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.Specificity: This kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). In a microwell ELISA plate pre-coated with anti-Guinea pig regulated activated normal T-cell expressed secretory factor (RANTES) antibody (solid phase antibody), add the guinea pig regulated activated normal T-cell expressed secretory factor (RANTES) calibrator and the sample to be tested, then add the biotin-labeled antibody, after incubation and sufficient washing, add HRP-coupled avidin, after incubation and sufficient washing, remove the unbound components, and form a sandwich complex of solid phase antibody-antigen-biotin-labeled antibody-avidin enzyme on the solid phase surface of the microwell plate. Add TMB colorimetric solution to produce a blue product, which eventually turns into yellow under the action of the stop solution. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at a wavelength of 450nm on the ELISA instrument. The absorbance (OD value) is positively correlated with the concentration of guinea pig regulated activated normal T-cell expressed secretory factor (RANTES) in the sample to be tested. The concentration of guinea pig regulated activated normal T-cell expressed and secreted factor (RANTES) in the sample can be calculated by fitting the calibrator curve.
