Applications: Immunohistochemistry, Western blotting, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation

Working Dilution: Western blotting (ECL): starting dilution: 1:100; Immunohistochemistry: starting dilution: 1:50. Optimal dilution should be performed by serial dilution.
