Working DIlution: Recommended Dilution: Immunoblotting:1:200 to 1:1,000, ELISA: 1:1,000 to 1:5,000. Optimal dilution should be determined by serial dilution.

Purity:
> 95% as estimated by analysis of Coomasie blue stained SDS-PAGE under reduced and non-reduced conditions.
