Immunogen: Mapped to amino acids 6-12 (PRLEPWK-B subtype a.a. consensus)

Immunogen Region: Recombinant Tat protein of HIV-1 BH10 (purified from E. coli)

Application Dilution: ELISA 0.05 to 0.1 µg/ml; WB 1 to 2 µg/ml. Monoclonal antibody working titer has to be established practically for each particular antigen and assay format.

Purification: Protein G purification

Formulation: PBS pH 7.4, with 0.1% sodium azide

Storage Instruction: Store at-20 to-70°C upon receipt. Divide antibody into aliquots prior usage. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles
