Introduction:
This antibody reacts with the HLA-DR-antigen of human B lymphocytes. The antibody reacts with the cells of the monocytic lineage, with myeloblasts and promyelocytes and the cells of B lymphocyte lineage. Polymorphonuclear leukocytes and platelets are found negative.
Recomended usage: HLADR, clone GRB-1, is a mAb intended for the identification of all human B cells, monocytes and activated T cells. This reagent is effective for direct IF staining of human tissue for FCManalysis using ≤1 μg/10^6 cells.
Application: FCM
Storage Temperature: Store in the dark at 2-8 °C
Shelf life: Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed (at least, one year)
