Background:
homeobox A11(HOXA11) Homo sapiens In vertebrates, the genes encoding the class of transcription factors called homeobox genes are found in clusters named A, B, C, and D on four separate chromosomes. Expression of these proteins is spatially and temporally regulated during embryonic development. This gene is part of the A cluster on chromosome 7 and encodes a DNA-binding transcription factor which may regulate gene expression, morphogenesis, and differentiation. This gene is involved in the regulation of uterine development and is required for female fertility. Mutations in this gene can cause radio-ulnar synostosis with amegakaryocytic thrombocytopenia. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008],
Alternative Names:
HOXA11, HOX1I, Homeobox protein Hox-A11, Homeobox protein Hox-1I, HOXD11, HOX4F, Homeobox protein Hox-D11, Homeobox protein Hox-4F
Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human HOXA11/D11. AA range:216-265
Isotype: Rabbit
Purification: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
Concentration: 1 mg/ml
Observed band: 28
GeneID: HOXA11/HOXD11
Storage: -20°C/1 year
