Introduction:
Exosomes are small extracellular vesicles that are released from cells upon fusion of an intermediate endocytic compartment, the multivesicular body, with the plasma membrane. They are thought to provide a means of intercellular communication and of transmission of macromolecules between cells allowing the spread of proteins, lipids, mRNA, miRNA and DNA and as contributing factors in the development of several diseases.
Recomended usage :
Isotype Control IgG1 Immunobeads for Exosome negative control. The product consists of a simple bead population, coated with a capture secondary antibody (IgG1) for negative control in a pool of exosomes.
Application: Flow Cytometry
Storage Temperature: Store in the dark at 2-8 °C
Shelf life: Each reagent is stable until the expiration date shown on the bottle label when stored as directed (at least, one year)
